The Conference will take place in the Conference Hall of the Municipality of Prespes, located in Laimos, the main village of the area. The Hall can host 200 attendees, has a 22 Mbps internet connection, projectors and screen, as well as a microphone system.
The Conference Hall is next to the main square of Laimos, where there are coffee shops and restaurants, and close (100 m) to the only ATM in the Prespes area.
